The studio book
These pages are ours.
This is our studio site. It describes how we dress short-term stays in Kentucky and western North Carolina. The rooms you see are examples of the work. They are not an offer to sell a house, and they are not a quote.
Using the site
Read the rooms, or write us.
Look through the stays, read how we work, and send a note about a property. Do not copy the book as your own, scrape the pages, or treat a line here as legal or investment advice. If you send a note, you are asking us to reply — you are not hiring the studio until we agree on the work.
The form
A note does not start a project.
The contact form is for owners and investors who want to talk about a stay. We will write back about how we work. Sending the note does not book a date, lock a budget, or begin a furnish.
If something changes
The page you are reading is the one that applies.
We may update these pages when studio practice changes. If a line is unclear, write us or call — the privacy page says what we take from the form.
