How we keep a note.
The contact form is how owners write us. This page says what we take, where it goes, and how to reach the studio.
What we ask for
The form takes what we need to reply.
When you send a note, we ask for a name, a way to write or call you, and a few facts about the house. We do not ask for a password, a card, or anything beyond this list.
- Name — so we know who to write back.
- Email — so we can reply to the same address.
- Phone — so we can call if a conversation is easier.
- Property address or market — the house or the town we should look at.
- Project type — how we should work.
- Budget range — where the budget sits.
- Timeline — when you want to begin.
- Message — a few lines about the house.
How the note is sent
We send it as email through Resend.
The form posts to our studio. We send the note as email through Resend, the mail service we use to deliver it to the studio inbox. Your email is the reply address so we can answer you directly. We do not turn the form into a newsletter list.
How long we keep it
We keep a note while we are talking.
We keep a note while we are working with you, and for a reasonable time after so we can pick the conversation back up. That is studio practice, not a public archive. We do not sell what you send, and we do not pass it to a list.
This site
We do not run a cookie banner.
We look at visit counts from Vercel so we know the site is working. We do not ask for analytics consent, and we do not run advertising pixels. If you write us, the note is the personal information we hold.
The studio
Write us or call.
Ask us to take a note down, or tell us if something here is unclear.
